An Online Class In Eleven Lessons

Class Registration Instructions

REGISTRATION FOR THIS SESSION OF THE CLASS IS CLOSED.

Be sure to include your email address in the comment field because your email address is how I will be contacting you with registration confirmation and login information.

Within 24 hours of completing your registration,
I will send you an email from the following email address:

registrar@simplearts.com

Please be sure to allow this email to your in-box. It will contain your login and password for the class. Some email systems require that you enter any foreign email address before it will accept it. Make sure you check with your email provider for instruction how to do this.

When you have your login and password, go to the main classroom page and login in the fields provided in the righthand column of the page.

You should then be able to view all student material as it is provided.

Privacy

We collect your login and personal information but we don't sell it or give it to anyone to annoy you with spam.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding the classes for which they are attending online.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We do not store your personal information on our site.

Attendance

You are responsible for accessing and viewing all material in respect to each lesson within the week alotted. You will have all information needed -- except for fabric, thread, and sewing notions -- to complete each lesson. These lessons will not be available again until a new class session is offered. Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to view a missed class during a new session.

In the event that circumstances delay the posting of lessons and materials, Annie Smith will determine the continuation of the remaining class schedule. In this case, information will be posted on the classroom web site.

Payment

Within 24 hours after your payment transaction is complete you and only you are entitled to access the weekly online lessons for the duration of the Quilter's Palette class. You may not share access to the online materials in this class with anyone else. Doing so will terminate your access to the class.

Refunds for this class are only available before January 8. Funds will be returned through the same method of payment. We are not responsible for the refund of any fabric or supplies not purchased through SimpleArts.
